Return & Exchange Policy - POD/DROP-SHIP ITEMS
At Headshot Unlimited, all of our products are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand providers. This allows us to offer unique, custom-made items—but it also means:
All Sales Are Final!
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Change of mind
Please double-check sizing guides and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Use our Contact Form or email us at info@headshotunltd.com
- Include clear photos showing the problem
No return is necessary for damaged items—we’ll take care of it.
Refund & Exchange Policy – Digital Design Services
Because all design work provided by Headshot Unlimited is custom-made and created specifically for each client, all digital services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once work has begun.
When you purchase a custom design (artwork, edits, logos, posters, merch design, or any digital file), you are paying for our time, expertise, and creative labor — not a physical product. For this reason, the following terms apply:

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Selecting the wrong service

Deciding you no longer need the design

Not providing photos or required information

Delays caused by missing or low-quality uploads

Creative differences after delivery (when revision rounds are still available)
Revisions
Each design service includes a set number of revisions (listed on the product page).
Revisions are meant for minor adjustments, not full redesigns.
Once revision rounds are used, any further changes will require an additional design fee.
If We Haven’t Started Your Project Yet
If you ordered a design and absolutely no work has started, you may request to cancel within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours — or if work has begun — no cancellation is possible.
Photo Uploads & Quality Issues
If the design cannot be completed due to:

Low-quality images
-
Missing uploads
-
Blurry or unusable files
We will contact you and allow you to provide updated images.
This does not qualify for a refund.
Printing & Product Issues (Merch Orders)
If you order printed merch through our store:

Artwork design fees are non-refundable, even if you have an issue with the print.

Print or garment issues will be handled through the printer’s replacement policy.

We will help coordinate a replacement if applicable.
Design work and printing are billed separately and follow different policies.
Delivery Issues
Because designs are delivered digitally:

We cannot refund accidental deletion or lost files

We can resend your files upon request at no charge
Our Commitment
We strive to deliver high-quality, professional fight-style designs and will work with you within the revision policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Monthly Billing & Commitment
All monthly services are billed in advance and operate on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated in writing.
By purchasing a monthly package, the client agrees to the scope of services outlined for the selected tier.

Refunds & Proration
• Prorated refunds may be issued only for the unused portion of a billing cycle, provided that a cancellation request is submitted in writing.
• Any work already completed, in progress, or scheduled during the current billing cycle is non-refundable.
• Proration applies only to future, unrendered services, not to work already delivered or partially completed.

No Refunds on Completed Work
• All content creation, production, editing, design, content capture sessions, planning, or strategy work completed during a billing period is final and non-refundable.
• Once work has begun for a billing cycle, refunds will not be issued for that portion of the service.

Cancellation Policy
• Clients may cancel their monthly service at any time with written notice.
• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
• Services will continue through the end of the paid period.
• No refunds will be issued for unused services that were available but not utilized during an active billing cycle.

Content Capture Sessions
• Content Shoot Sessions, whether performed directly by Headshot Unlimited or through our freelance network, are non-refundable once completed or scheduled.
• Missed or unused capture sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits unless otherwise approved in writing.

Client-Provided Content
If a client elects not to purchase a Content Shoot Session, all content must be provided by the client. Headshot Unlimited is not responsible for content quality limitations resulting from client-provided media.

Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of this policy are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

By purchasing any monthly service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
